Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organization and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The organization’s aggregate liability for direct damages arising from any claim related to these terms or the services will be limited to the fees paid to the organization for the services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or a nominal amount where no fees have been paid, subject to applicable law.
Termination
The organization may suspend or terminate access to the services at any time for conduct that violates these terms or for operational reasons. Users may terminate their relationship with the organization by ceasing to use the services and by following any offboarding processes specified for contracted engagements. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations and confidentiality commitments.
Changes to terms
The organization may modify these Terms Of Service from time to time. When material changes are made, the organization will provide notice through the website or other appropriate communication methods. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically to stay informed of updates.
